Migrating to Workspace from another platform

Want to move your Client Galleries to Queensberry Workspace from another photo-sharing site? We offer a convenient migration service.

Pricing: US$2/gallery for monthly plans and US$1/gallery for yearly plans.

Frequently asked questions


Do I have to move all of my galleries?

You don’t have to move them all, but we require a minimum of 10 galleries.

How long does migration take?

Normally no more than 2-3 weeks, but this may vary depending on demand and the amount of the data.  For a time estimate please email info@queensberry.com with the approximate number of galleries and images involved, and the total data.


Is my existing gallery structure preserved?

Yes. In other words if your galleries are subdivided (eg into Ceremony, Formal Photos etc in a wedding coverage) this will be retained. Workspace calls these Categories.


Is migration available on all plans?

Migration is available to all users on any paid plan, monthly or annual, but please ensure you have the appropriate plan for the data you want to move. Workspace Pro offers unlimited data. There is a limit of 50GB on the Basic plan and 10GB on Lifetime.


Can you take care of the entire set up process for me?

We have three Set-up Bundles to help you get started on Workspace. The charges are in addition to the cost of migrating your galleries:

BUNDLE A: Client Galleries only, from $US45

Client Galleries are designed for portrait and wedding photographers etc to share and sell their client images. Once gallery migration is complete we will:

  • Build your first Client Gallery price list to match as far as possible prices and products on your previous platform.
  • Add your studio logo and social media links to your Workspace site.
  • Create your Client Gallery landing page and default settings using standard Workspace themes and tools.
  • Link to your main website and connect a custom domain if required.

You will need to review prices in case changes are desirable to take advantage of Workspace features or to reflect new products and costs. Workspace allows you to set up additional price lists if you wish.

BUNDLE B: Print Shop only, from $US95

Print Shop is a Workspace feature designed for photographers who want to sell their work as décor or fine art (landscapes, travel photography, sports etc). Once gallery migration is complete we will:

  • Create your base Print Shop and default settings using standard Workspace themes and tools.
  • Build your first Print Shop price list to match as far as possible prices and products on your previous platform.
  • Add your studio logo and social media links to your Workspace site.
  • Customise fonts on your Workspace site to suit your branding.
  • Link to your main website and connect a custom domain if required.

You will need to enter titles and descriptions to your images, and, if required, add display images or "room views".

You will also need to review prices in case changes are desirable to take advantage of Workspace features or to reflect new products and costs. Workspace allows you to set up additional price lists if you wish.

BUNDLE C: Print Shop + Client Gallery, from US$125

Are you a portrait and wedding photographer who would also like to sell your fine art photography online to a wider audience? We recommend setting up Print Shop alongside your Client Galleries to take advantage of the specialised features of both.

Bundle C includes everything listed under Bundles A and B.
